Our units are located at The Summit Condominiums on Meridian Blvd at the Eagle Express High Speed Lift (Chair 15), next to Juniper Springs Lodge. You can walk, shuttle or drive the 800 ft. to the lift. Our unit sizes and rates are below. All are fully equipped second homes with full kitchens, high speed internet and video streaming, HD TV, Blu-ray DVD players, microwaves, and fireplaces. There is easy elevator access to all units from the underground garage. A swimming pool, a sauna and two Jacuzzis are adjacent to the building. A gas barbeque is located near the pool. There is an exercise facility on the property. The Sierra Star Golf Course is directly across Meridian. Our units rent for substantially less because we don’t pay rental agency commissions, and do not provide maid service or linens and towels. We can give you a referral for cleaning services if you prefer. Check out our rates below!

Further discounted rates before Thanksgiving and spring rates that take effect late in the ski season
- Two night minimum (winter season) except during certain holiday periods.
- Transient occupancy (bed tax) and tourist taxes totaling 14% must be added to above rates.
- Refundable security/cleaning deposit is $150 to $200
- Summer/fall rates based on full seven night stay, usually Saturday to Saturday.
- Animals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- The entire Summit complex, including all condominium units, is non-smoking.
- Each party must clean the unit upon departure and provide their own linens and towels.
- We provide blankets, pillows, bedspreads and cleaning supplies.
- Payment methods: PayPal (Friends option), Venmo (Friends option), or Zelle. No credit/debit cards.
